THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE 2024 OUR BEST YEAR YET! We provided 48 scholarships to students from La Libertad and other communities in the Colombian Amazon.
Scholarship donations will start again in June 2025. Please visit our GIVE page to support the scholarship program or make a general donation, which helps keep our programs running.
Many students of the community schools in the Colombian Amazon may strongly desire to attend school, but cannot do so. While students do not pay to participate in public school, they are required to provide their uniforms, shoes, and classroom supplies. Their families are not able to meet these expenses.
The Amazon Pueblo Scholarship Program helps these students to attend school. Many of their needs can be met for $140 per year per student.
